Prioritize Nutrition!

Nutrition can be obtained by many ways. Proper diet,exercise and clean environment. But we are not living in a same lifestyle that fits to others and what they can afford. And this lifestyle can bring diseases if they are not performed properly.
Lifestyle diseases are caused by the things that we are used to do. For instance, a girl is used to have meat for meals. We all know that meat or fatty meats rathar can cause diseases such as hypertension, though it can also do good by providing nutrients like protein. But excessive intake of it can bring harm, as what we always say "everything that is taken or done which is beyond the normal is harmful".
And in cooperation to this, Ilocos Sur National High School also conducts activity in celebration of the nutrition month. They sponsor contests like cook fest and food fest, that endorses and shows the nutritious foods.
So, let us check our lifestyle and change to a better one. In doing so, prioritize the nutrition that we can get from the food we take. Let us be one, avoid lifestyle diseases. And let us be one in endorsing good nutrition.
